Branches - Process Automation

The different parts of the tree help understand the expectations of each package. A leaf needs preexisting structure in order to be built and is not meant to have more automation built off of it. However, due to that, leaf packages are much more affordable. A branch provides automation to a process and will integrate multiple systems in order to do this. A trunk will work through an entire workflow and provide end-to-end optimization. Roots provide the structure which all of your processes and systems will be built off of.

Our experienced team will consider your needs based off of an intake meeting as well as your budget when drafting up a proposal. We’ll always work to include a couple of package options when providing a solution. We will give a suggested package, but we always understand budgetary restrictions.

It is our policy to correct any error that we directly caused free of charge. However, we understand that over time things run into problems. Each package has different levels of support and maintenance. Larger projects (Branches, Trunks, & Roots) will have an allotted amount of hours based on scope. A leaf will often not have any scoped maintenance hours to keep costs low, but due to their nature they often do not need maintenance.

Instead of only providing complex and expensive solutions, we always try to offer cost effective solutions. We’ll explain why the more expensive option may be better but we want to give you the chance to feel the impact of automation no matter your budget.
